What will the online broadcast be like?
Tune in online in support of Adaptive Sports Northwest athletes. You’ll hear their stories and meet new Executive Director and Paralympic gold medalist goalball player Jen Armbruster. It’s free to tune in, so we encourage you to invite friends and family or even host a watch party!

How do I participate in the online broadcast?
Click here to watch the livestream on May 15 at 6:30PM (PT). You can support Adaptive Sports Northwest athletes by making a donation online and by bidding in our online auction.

What will the in-person program be like during the Get in the Game Gala?
Come dressed in casual athletic gear so you can watch our athletic exhibition and even try out a move or two! We’ll celebrate our athletes, and they’ll share some of their stories with us. You’ll also get to connect with our new Executive Director—and gold medalist goalball player—Jen Armbruster. We’ll also have raffles and a live auction just for our in-person guests.

How can I purchase an auction item or donate to Adaptive Sports Northwest at the event?
In-person guests: You will be asked for your credit card during the registration process when you arrive at Mittleman Jewish Community Center to start a tab. You will then be given a bid paddle to make any donations or purchases. The credit card on file will be charged at the end of the night to include all of your purchases. You will only be charged for what you spend. You will be emailed your receipt, or we can print one for you that night. You can also bring a check or cash to pay for purchases at checkout.

Virtual guests: To make a donation before or during the livestream event, click here or text ASNW to 44-321. You can also bid in the online auction which will be open May 10 - May 17.

How long will the athletic exhibition be and when is dinner?
The exhibition will begin at 5PM. Dinner will begin at 6PM.

What should I wear to the Get in the Game Gala?
Wear casual athletic gear and come get in the game with us at our athletic exhibition at 5PM in the gym!

Where can I park?
Mittleman Jewish Community Center has a parking lot with free parking.

What kinds of drinks will be available?
Beer, wine, sodas, water, coffee, and tea will all be available at the event.

What if I have a dietary restriction?
There will be a wide variety of food choices available for all dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc). All food options will be kosher.

Can I bring children?
Yes, we have a youth ticket available for guests 12 and under.

How can I purchase an auction item?
The auction will open for bidding on Wednesday, May 10 at 12PM (PT). To participate in the online auction, you’ll first need to register as a bidder.

Here are the steps to get registered to bid:
1) Go to asnw23.ggo.bid
2) Click the green “Create Account” button (or login if you have used this platform before and skip to step 6).
3) Enter your email address.
4) Wait for verification email (check your junk folder if you don’t receive it).
5) Follow verification link and complete form. You will be required to provide your mobile number.
6) Verify payment method, billing address, email and mobile number are correct. Click on grey boxes to update information.
7) Click on the “Start Bidding!” link to enter the auction.
